The area is becoming more walkable/bike-friendly, so people take advantage of the sidewalk to walk to the 7-11 gas station or the nearby bus stops. Having a car (or using Uber/Lyft) makes getting around easier. The occasional emergency vehicles, overhead helicopters and airplanes are a great reminder about the close proximity to Will Rogers Airport, Wiley Post Airport and Integris Hospital!
